track ordinals (sats) to decode BRC20 and other ord standards

Ordinals are a recursive script to track individual sats through all transfers since the coinbase. The 20 line python script can be found here.

Dune needs to build this themselves, or rely on some external data provider to bring this data in. Having it will make dashboards such as Domo's ordinal marketplace much more accurate.
