Toggle "Inspect" Mode

Problem: My dashboard crashes (Failed to Fetch) sometimes Possible reason: too many queries/queries take too much computing effort Proposed solution: a toggle "inspect" mode that shows each widget recent run time or a health bar rating shows how much computing power it consumes; so that this gives a priority for me to fix/change engine/delete the widgets
