Support Degen Chain on Base

this is an L3 built on top of BASE that seems primed to become a major memecoin player if solana continues to experience performance issues. I'm making a post now in hopes that it accumulates upvotes as the chain grows so it makes it onto the Q3/Q4 roadmap.
