Parameter UI box on Dashboard Edit

#Problem Right now the parameter bar is a bit wonky, it's always a fight to put it into the right place. The reason is that it is automatically generated from whenever a visualisation is inserted into the dashboard. And the dashboard automatically adds or removes the parameters wrt the visualisation, but no concession is made no the location of the parameter as a visualisation tool within the dashboard. #Solution Having something like a specialised visualisation box for parameter could solve that problem. As a dashboard maker I'd insert a parameter visualisation box where I need it to be, and then select which parameter(s) I want in that parameter visualisation box. This would ensure that the parameter would always be in the right place where the wizard wants it to be.
