Option for charts to default to not showing all data

One of the best features for charts on the platform is the ability to toggle on/off groups in the legend. Often it's nice to have a lot of groups that you can toggle, but frequently having all of them enabled by default creates a lot of clutter and noise.

I would like to have the option to change the default toggle of every option, so that I can better curate the view of a chart, while still allowing interested users to dive deeper and toggle on other options.
