Move table pagination to the server side

From https://dune.com/whale_hunter: i wonder if we could move pagination in tables with a large number of rows to the server side? for example this table contains very valuable information, but causes mobile browsers to crash because of the large amount of data in them 👀 if we only load 1 page at a time (and maybe the prev/next page for increased performance), should be fine https://dune.com/queries/2640849/4387461?sidebar=none
