Materialized views without schedule?

Is there a way to create a materialized view without a schedule?

My use case is that I want to use a query inside another, but the query I want to materialized takes a lot (queries solana.account_activity table)

The thing is that I just need to run a one shot query for that, no need to recalculate it, but a materialized view forces me to set a schedule.
