l1_fee_scalar incorrect for Optimism in V2
The 'l1_fee_scalar' in Optimism - V2 engine always shows 1.
While 1 is currently correct, it was 1.5 before Jan, and 1.24 before ~Mar. Transactions during this time still show 1 as the fee scalar.
Is it not correctly reading as decimal?
