Delay V1 ETH Sunset Until Token IDs work on V2

V2 is still unable to calculate token IDs for 2 of the largest NFT collections in existence, OpenSea Shared Storefront and Ethereum Name Service. All my dashboards will be half broken on V2 without this fix. The current V2 bytea2numeric does not work.
