Color control doesnt change when you switch from any chart style to pie chart style

Lets assume that you started off by creating a bar chart for your data, then you decided to change it to a pie chart instead. The color settings doesnt change, you are supposed to be able to change the colors for each category in the pie chart, but its not showing when you do the change. Do refer to the screenshots .
