Coingecko API for prices.usd

Coinpaprika is missing many tokens and asks for payment and/or a long form to add new tokens. Coingecko seems to be way more exhaustive and would help make prices.usd sufficient for general usage (i.e. not missing many major tokens due to coinpaprika)
