Any user can modify other users generated tables

Bug: any user can modify user generated tables even if they were not the creators. Bc a bunch of dashboards use queries that use such tables, a malicious agent can alter the results of other user's queries A possible solution: I would propose that user generated tables readable by anyone but writable only but the creator. For forking, the underlying dependencies should be forked too
