Adding Ethereum Mempool Data

Flashbots has recently made available mempool data for Ethereum. It could be quickly added to the Dune ecosystem and it could provide an entirely new dimension to Ethereum data analysis. The mempool data is found here: https://mempool-dumpster.flashbots.net/index.html
