Add support for Telos EVM

The Telos EVM is a fast growing ecosystem. To help provide insight into growth and provide users with easily queryable data that can be used to create dashboards for the projects on the Telos EVM, we would like to onboard to Dune Analytics. The Telos EVM has a public RPC endpoint at https://mainnet.telos.net/evm to collect block data that can be parsed like other EVM chains. Thanks, Tec
