Add Ethereum consensus layer data

Would be nice to have data at the consensus layer for Ethereum. Would see info on the validators rather than just the fee recipients. Could be of interest since there's been questions raised about the decentralized nature of PoS. Would need to run an archival node on the beacon chain.
