Add a "Dashboard State" feature at the top of dashboards

I think letting the wizard have the ability to define the current state of the dashboard would be great, eg of the possible different states: - WIP - Production ready - Outdated As a bonus, maybe show when the dashboard was last updated at the top (same for individual queries code)
